When you use the Relaystack AI Operating System, we collect information that helps us provision your command center, including business profiles, target URLs, and analytics metrics you explicitly connect to the platform. We only collect the data necessary to provide you with our services.
Relaystack exclusively uses hardened, enterprise-grade LLM pipelines. Your business data passed into our models for generating frameworks or executing campaigns is never used to mutually train underlying public language parameters. Your operating data is logically isolated and remains confidential to your workspace.
You retain complete control. If you delete a skill or close your workspace, all associated strategic formulations, generated plans, and saved executions are permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by contacting our support team.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and encryption at rest where appropriate.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also request a copy of your data or restrict how we process it. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
