When you use Relaystack, we collect information needed to run your operators, including your business profile, voice and brand preferences, connected accounts, and content you explicitly provide. We only collect the data necessary to provide you with our services.

Relaystack uses enterprise-grade LLM pipelines to draft and execute work on your behalf. Your business data passed into our models for generating content or running operator workflows is not used to train public language models. Your workspace data is logically isolated and remains confidential to your account.

You retain complete control. If you delete an operator, disconnect an integration, or close your account, associated drafts, schedules, and saved outputs are permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by contacting our support team.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and encryption at rest where appropriate.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also request a copy of your data or restrict how we process it. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
