By accessing or using Relaystack's AI Operating System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Relaystack provides an AI Operating System designed to augment software growth teams by generating market frameworks, strategic plans, and analytics insights. The service includes access to the command center, execution frameworks, and market architecture generation tools.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are entirely responsible for all algorithmic requests and outputs generated through your account. Any marketing frameworks, ad campaigns, or strategic decisions derived from our AI should be reviewed by qualified professionals before deployment.
Relaystack does not claim ownership over the generated output that describes your unique products or services. However, our proprietary AI parsing matrices, prompt logic, workspace components, and the underlying technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Relaystack. You retain ownership of your input data and the custom outputs generated specifically for you.
Relaystack provides AI-powered tools for business strategy and planning. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue results. All actions taken based on outputs from our AI systems are at your own discretion and risk. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our AI models; (c) use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or malicious content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service.
Your use of Relaystack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA requirements. You retain control over your data and can request deletion at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data within 30 days unless legal retention requirements apply.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
