Terms of Service

By accessing or using Relaystack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Relaystack provides AI operators that take on whole jobs, such as planning and scheduling social content, finding leads, or handling career outreach, and work in the open until you approve each step or grant full autonomy. The service includes access to the Relaystack app, operator workspaces, and connected integrations you choose to enable.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for all requests, approvals, and outputs generated through your account. Content drafted or sent on your behalf should be reviewed before publication or outreach unless you have explicitly enabled autonomous execution.

Relaystack does not claim ownership over content generated specifically for you, including posts, messages, or documents created in your voice. However, our proprietary operator logic, workspace components, and underlying technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Relaystack. You retain ownership of your input data and the outputs generated for your account.

Relaystack provides AI-powered operators for business and career workflows. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue results. All actions taken based on operator outputs are at your own discretion and risk. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our AI models; (c) use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or malicious content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service.

Your use of Relaystack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA requirements. You retain control over your data and can request deletion at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data within 30 days unless legal retention requirements apply.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
